I love how the mind, the body and our voice are so conected. Infact that i all we have to be happy, healthy and fearless. Through wakening and bonding these three parts of of our being, we become whole. We become indepandant, we can thrully manifest who we are, what we feel, what we want to express.
Our voice is beautifull and its a tool for relieve, rezonance, health and it brings so much joy to let it speak without limits.
Our body is perfect and geting in contact with it is a process of love and respect to what we have. A dance becomes a free flight.
Our mind is so powerfull, its potential goes beyond our limits.
In my lessons we open and take care of what we only have. The body, the mind and the voice.
Looking forward to all the magic.
VOICE, BODY & MIND
Emma is a dedicated mother, wife and wholefood cook destined to educate herself and her family to live a long, happy and healthy life, nourishing all around her with real food and spreading her knowledge to help others.
Emma started her adventure into wholefoods after her second child was born when she developed some stomach and digestion problems. These problems put her on the path of researching foods and gut health and most importantly becoming mindful of what she was putting into her body. It became apparent to Emma that a lot of the foods we buy in the supermarket contain some rather unfavourable ingredients and this sparked a fire in her to change and gain knowledge in order to help her become the best version of herself.
Emma has worked in wholefoods both in Canberra and Sydney for the past 7 years and has a creative flair for vegetarian cooking and baking yummy treats. She especially loves the planning process around food preparation and her plating up and presentation skills are her strength.
Emma’s philosophy is to have an approach honouring the whole mind, the whole body and the whole heart with wholefoods!
(alternatively spelled chi gung or chi kung) is a form of gentle exercise composed of movements that are repeated a number of times, often stretching the body, increasing fluid movement (blood, synovial and lymph) and building awareness of how the body moves through space.
The internal movements also differentiate qigong from almost every other form of exercise in the West that often emphasizes prolonged cardiovascular movements (such as in running and biking) or that focus on muscular strength training (weightlifting).
